Important application details:
- Apply online only via the ETC/HEC application portal: http://etc.hec.gov.pk. Hard-copy applications will not be accepted unless specifically required by ETC/HEC.
- Application fee: Rs. 1,200 paid through 1link/IBill Invoice Payment Service (generated consumer number). Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or interview. No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview.
- Candidates must provide accurate personal details (name, CNIC number, cell number). Candidates will not be allowed to sit the test if there is any difference between CNIC and application data.
- Candidates must bring original CNIC / original passport on the test day along with the roll number slip downloaded from the candidate's portal; otherwise they will not be permitted to sit the exam.
- The recruitment process will follow Education Testing Council (ETC) / Higher Education Commission (HEC) procedures. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, withhold appointment, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
