Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights for design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DBFOT model) of Modern Retail Complex (fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging, food chain outlets, convenience store, mart and pharmacy) at multiple railway-owned sites. Lease term: 21 years (extendable for a further 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% compound. Mobilization period: 12 months from possession. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (also via Zoom). Submission deadline (technical & financial bids): on or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM. Technical bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA website and REDAMCO website. Bids must be submitted on REDAMCO’s prescribed bid forms and accompanied by the bid security and non-refundable benchmark commitment fee for each site. Bid security must be in the form of a Bank Draft/Pay Order in the name of “RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (PVT) LTD” for each site separately. The benchmark commitment fee is non-refundable.
