Municipal Committee Chakwal Tender: Road, Street/Drain and Toilet Block Works (4 Schemes)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for execution of four development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System). Technical sanction accorded by the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi vide No.341MOI-MCR dated 2026-08-29.

Key Instructions & Conditions

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage – One Envelope via Punjab e-Procurement System only (EP System). Bids must be submitted electronically at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx.

- Eligibility: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities (including FBR, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System) and possess valid NTN/PNTN with Active Taxpayer Status.

- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme in the prescribed form and manner (amounts shown in table).

- Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-09-17 up to 11:00 AM.

- Opening of bids: Electronic opening on 2026-09-17 at 11:30 AM.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening.

- Other requirements: Upload all mandatory eligibility, technical and financial documents as prescribed in the bidding documents. Conditional, incomplete, late, misleading bids or bids not accompanied by valid bid security will be rejected. Successful bidder must execute work in accordance with sanctioned estimate, technical sanction, specifications, BOQ and contract documents. Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024.
