Municipal Committee Attock invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from financially sound and experienced firms for the design, build, operation and maintenance (DBFOT or revenue sharing model) of an outdoor SMD LED screen for public awareness messages and commercial advertising.

Purpose Supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an outdoor high-brightness SMD LED screen for public messaging and commercial advertising under a DBFOT or revenue-sharing model.
Scope of Work & Key Requirements
  • Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor high-brightness SMD screen (P6 specification).
  • Complete operational management including content monitoring, electrical connections and routine maintenance.
  • Commercial model: monthly rental payment or fixed revenue share to Municipal Committee Attock.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Valid registration with FBR (Active Taxpayer List for Income Tax and Sales Tax).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in digital signage / outdoor media advertising.
  • Affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or semi‑government organization.
Project Details
  • Proposed Site: Railway Bridge to Teen Mila Chowk, Attock.
  • Screen Specification: Outdoor heavy-duty waterproof P6 HD LED display.
  • Concession Period: 10 years.
Submission Process & Deadline

Interested eligible firms must submit company profiles with technical specifications and a revenue proposal sealed in an envelope marked "EOI – Installation of SMD Screen" to the office of the undersigned by 2026-09-20 before 01:00 PM.
Notes
  • Municipal Committee Attock reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
  • RFP stage: After receiving EOIs, shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals; final concession terms, agreement period and implementation plan will be decided at that stage.
