Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Tendering) for supply of electric equipment for LT panels and lightning protection for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (as amended) on a single-stage two-envelope basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue.

- Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website.

- Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline.

- 1% bid security of the estimated amount in favour of Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology (FIC) should be submitted electronically against PSID generated through http://cp.punjab.gov.pk.

- Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders for preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.

- All procurement actions (receiving, opening, awarding) shall be governed by PPRA Rules-2014 (as amended) and Punjab e-Procurement procedures. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules-2014.
