Rawalpindi Cantonment Board E‑Bidding Notice for Medical, Laboratory & Hospital Supplies (Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (The Mall, Rawalpindi Cantt). The Procuring Agency invites electronic bids from eligible and reputable manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, suppliers, pharmaceutical firms and medical supply firms for procurement of medicines, medical supplies, laboratory reagents and allied items for Cantonment General Hospital, Rawalpindi Cantt under Open Competitive Bidding (Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope) through PPRA and EPADS V2.0.

Submission and opening: Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the EPADS V2.0 portal. Submission deadline: 2026-09-07 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM.

Important eligibility and bid conditions:

• Valid Drug Sale Licence / Drug Distribution Licence (Category‑A) for the product(s) being offered.
• Registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the supply of medicines to Government, Semi‑Government, Armed Forces, Autonomous Bodies, Hospitals or reputable organizations.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended or debarred by any Government / Regulatory Authority.
• Bid Security/Earnest Money: 2% of the estimated cost to be furnished in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid.
