Issuer: Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police (Motor Transport), Punjab, Lahore. Procurement method: Punjab e-Procurement System (single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules).
Purpose: Invitation to submit bids for supply, repair and miscellaneous procurement items for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Interested, eligible bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid security (earnest money) of 2% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque in favour of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Motor Transport, Punjab, Lahore. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value.
Submission & opening schedule: Last date/time for submission is 2026-09-07 up to 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on 2026-09-07 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation in accordance with the PPRA rules. Bids submitted after the deadline or not complying with requirements will be rejected.
