Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (PVT) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights for design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DFBOT model) of Modern Retail Complex sites (fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging station, international/national food chain outlets, convenience store/mart and pharmacy). Bidders shall quote offers against the Benchmark of One-Time Non-Refundable Commitment Fee and Annual Rent. Key terms: lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years), annual rent increase 8% (compound), mobilization period 12 months from possession.
Important dates & procedure: Pre-bid meeting 2026-09-08 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance also via Zoom). Submission of bids on REDAMCO prescribed Bid Forms on or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM. Technical bid opening 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM. Bid Security and Benchmark Commitment Fee are required per site. Bids, supporting documents and bid security must be submitted as directed on REDAMCO/PPRA websites. Bid security should be in the form of Bank Draft/CDR/Pay Order in the name of RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (PVT) LTD and submitted separately for each site.
