Public Notice: Transfer of Plot No. 211, Block B, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township, Karachi

Issuer: Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme (GBTS), POA Karachi.

This is to notify that the late Wascem Ahmed Khan S/o Mukhtar Ahmed Khan, Ex Naib Qasid of Port Qasim Authority, resident of Flat No. 208 Faisal Tower, Muhammad Ali Society, Karachi, who held Plot No. 211, Block "B", Category "A" (approx. 200 Sq. Yards) in Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme (GBTS), Karachi, reportedly expired on 2019-11-19. The plot is being transferred in favor of the named legal heirs below. Anyone having any claim or objection regarding the plot must notify the Secretary, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, POA Karachi in writing within fifteen (15) days after issuance of this notice. No claim or objection after that period will be entertained by GBTS, POA.
