Latest Income Tax Certificate (NTN), valid GST registration, company profile, audited accounts and income tax returns (last 03 years), chamber of commerce certificate (current year), Sindh Food Authority Certificate (current year, if applicable), professional tax certificate (current year), minimum 3 years’ documented supply experience, manufacturer/authorized dealer certificate, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-involvement in litigation, undertaking of genuineness of supplied medicines, and compliance with terms & conditions and signed standard bidding documents. Bids must comply with SPPRA rules. Bid validity: 90 days.
