Tender: Supply of IT Equipment & General Items for Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for ECE (Children Library Complex), Lahore

Purpose: Procurement of goods/items for the Children Library Complex including IT equipment and general items. Single-Stage Two Envelope procedure (technical & financial separate bids) as prescribed under the PPRA rules will be followed. Bids valid for 60 days.

Submission requirements and procedure:

• Bids are to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement / Acquisition & Disposal System. Tender documents and detailed specifications can be downloaded from the procuring entity and Punjab e-procurement websites.
• Financial bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Draft in the name of "Children Library Complex Subscription". Bids without the required bid security will be rejected.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to call for any additional information. The agency is not responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids.

• Bid opening: Same day at 11:30 AM through e-procurement in the presence of bidders.
