- Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
- Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
- Copy of CNIC of owner(s).
- Original bid security in hard form on due date & time.
- Affidavits on stamp paper (Rs. 500/-) confirming ownership of the firm and declaring no blacklisting or pending litigation (on stamp paper of Rs. 500/-).
All bids, bid security and mandatory documents must be submitted electronically through the PPRA e-Procurement Web Portal before the submission deadline. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
