DHA City Karachi Notice: Debarment & Blacklisting of Land Providers

Issuer: Defence Housing Authority City (DHAC) Karachi, Director Land.

Purpose: To inform all Land Providers (LPs) intending to offer land to DHA City Karachi that only land free of litigation, dispute, encumbrance or claim will be accepted; all title and registration documents must be genuine, authentic and legally valid.

Requirements and conditions: Land Providers must ensure the land being offered is free from litigation, dispute or encumbrance and that all supporting documents are authentic. Offering land without authority letters from land owners, or submitting forged, fabricated, fake, illegal or otherwise invalid documents (including computer-printed Khataas), or offering land found to be under litigation or with defective title, will lead to disqualification.

Consequences: Any Land Provider offering such invalid or disputed land shall be disqualified from current and future land acquisition proceedings of DHA City Karachi, and shall be debarred and blacklisted from participating in any future land acquisition process undertaken by DHA City Karachi. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to take any other legal or administrative action as appropriate under applicable laws and regulations.
