Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Systems, Timing Devices & DG Sets — Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad. Pakistan Sports Board invites bids through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes and categories (valid up to 30 June 2027) for works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via http://eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

• Firm must meet the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents.
• Submit proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm appearing on Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security / earnest money to be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted; scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and original submitted to the undersigned before closing date/time, otherwise bid will be considered non-responsive.
• Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
• Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
