NHA Punjab‑North Invites e‑Bids for 3 Special Maintenance Works on N‑5

National Highway Authority (Punjab‑North Region, Central Zone) invites electronic bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department (on the Active Taxpayers List) and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year indicated in the bidding documents. Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope (Technical & Financial). Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in the form of pay order / CDR in favor of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund‑Security Deposit)”. Bidders must register on the e‑procurement/e‑bidding portal; manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated where e‑bidding is mandatory.

Submission deadline: on or before 2026-09-16 at 12:30 Hours. Technical e‑bids will be opened the same day at 13:00 Hours. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
