ANF Sindh — Pre-Qualification Tender for Repair & Maintenance Services (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Sindh.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of contractors/suppliers for repair and maintenance works for Financial Year 2026-27. Pre-qualification is invited for multiple categories of repair/maintenance services. Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the Regional Directorate ANF Sindh office on payment of Rs. 1,000.

Key submission & eligibility details:

• Last date for submission of bids: 2026-09-25. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
• Bid security / earnest money: A bid bond in the shape of bank draft / pay order amounting to Rs. 5,000 for each tender category (refundable) must be submitted in original in favour of Regional Directorate ANF Sindh. Applications without earnest money will not be entertained.
• Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the ANF office on payment of Rs. 1,000.
• All bidders must be registered with FBR and be active on the tax payer list maintained by FBR.
• Bidder/vendor must have past 3 years' experience in relevant field with Government departments.
• All required documents must be attested copies and will be verified. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules.
