Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing. LDA invites e-tenders on a Single Stage–Two Envelope basis (PPRA-38) from contractors/engineering firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and holding a valid PEC license and active NTN filer status. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended).
Key submission requirements and notes:
- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids online.
- Both Technical and Financial bids must be submitted in accordance with the tender document instructions; financial proposals will be opened only for technically compliant bidders.
