Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Notice: Repair or Vacate Dilapidated Properties Near Nullahs

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board warns all residents—particularly those living near Nullah Lai and other drains—to take immediate precautions during rains. Owners are directed to obtain permission from the Cantonment Board office before carrying out repairs to houses and shops to reduce risk of loss.

Owners of dilapidated residential and commercial properties are hereby notified under Section 126, Cantonments Act, 1924 to vacate or demolish unsafe premises. The Cantonment Board will not be responsible for any subsequent loss of life or property.
