Pre-Qualification Tender Notice — Regional Directorate ANF Sindh (Karachi) for FY 2026-27 Maintenance & Services

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control — Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Sindh.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms, GST-registered vendors and service providers for repair, maintenance and supply contracts for FY 2026-27. Qualified bidders will be considered for multiple service categories listed below; full tender documents are available on the PPRA website.

Key terms and application details:

• Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the ANF Sindh office on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.
• All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant "Tender Documents" and delivered to the Regional Directorate address below.
• Bid security: Bank draft / pay order of Rs. 50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only) in original, payable to Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh; bids without earnest money will not be entertained.
• Eligibility: Bidders must be GST-registered and registered with FBR. Vendors should have at least three years' relevant experience.
• Selection will be based on cost and quality; payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees after completion of services on submission of required documents and invoices.
• Tender documents must comply with PPRA rules and other listed requirements available in the full tender package.

• Last date for submission: 2026-09-25. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
