E-Tender Notice — Repair Water Supply Turbine, Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan (Closing 2026-10-15)

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Committee, Nowshera Virkan, District Gujranwala. Single-stage, two-envelope e-bidding process is invited from registered contractors on Punjab e-Procurement system and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for implementation of budgeted work for FY 2026-27. Estimates prepared on the basis of MRS 2nd bi-annual 2026 and non-scheduled items at local market rates.

Key submission and tender conditions:

- Tender documents must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement system dashboard by 2026-10-15 at 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be on 2026-10-15 at 2:30 PM in the Office of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan in the presence of contractors or their representatives.

- Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded as CDR in favour of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by 01:00 PM on the same day (2026-10-15), otherwise the firm/contractor will be disqualified.

- Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Method of selection: least cost. Submission of forged documents or forged CDR will invite legal action under applicable laws/rules.

- Bidders offering more than 4.99% below the Tender Schedule estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance security as per PPRA/PPRAWorks Rules 2017 within the stipulated period after acceptance of the tender; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposited money without further notice.
