Pakistan Land Port Authority (PLPA), Islamabad invites electronic bids from reputable and experienced individuals to provide consultancy as an Individual Consultant for Site Coordination Services. The consultant will provide high-level strategic guidance, policy advice and institutional oversight to align the Authority’s initiatives with national development goals and international best practices in land border and trade facilitation management.
Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure under applicable PPRA Rules. Bidding documents are available for download from EPADS and the PPRA website. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by the stated deadline.
