FESCO (Faisalabad) Invitation for Bids via e-PADS for 132 kV Grid Station Materials (Sept 22, 2026)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure for supply of materials for multiple 132 kV grid stations. Eligible suppliers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) may participate through the e-PADS platform.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on e-PADS on or before 2026-09-22 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Project Director (GSC), FESCO, 132 kV Grid Station, Agriculture University, Near Qaim Saeen Darbar Road, Faisalabad.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Eligible bidders: Suppliers/firms duly registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and on the ATL.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (original bid security instrument must be submitted as per the tender conditions).
• Bids must comply with detailed specifications, terms & conditions available on the e-PADS portal and FESCO/PPRA websites.
• Bid validity: Bids shall be valid for 150 days.
• All applicable taxes and duties will be borne by the bidder and prices should be quoted in local currency inclusive of all taxes/duties.
• FESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
