Open Auction of Hotel Plots in Islamabad – CDA Auction on 23–24 September 2026

Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an open auction of designated hotel plots in Islamabad. The auction will be held on 23 and 24 September 2026 at Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Registration/attendance begins at 10:00 am.

Key commercial terms and facilities:

• 1-year flexible payment plan with easy, convenient schedule.
• Possession may be granted upon payment of 75% of the total amount, subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from a local scheduled bank to cover the remaining amount.
• Building plan approval will be considered after payment of a 25% deposit.
• 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days; additional 5% rebate available on full payment in USD.
• CDA will provide facilitation for electric lines shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and related services.
• Special facilities for overseas investors: token issuance at least one day before auction; payments can be made via Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
