Punjab Auqaf Organization E‑Tender Notice for Mosque Renovation, Boundary Wall and Shrine Works (2026-27)

Issuer: Engineering Directorate, Punjab Auqaf Organization, Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, Punjab. Collection and submission via Punjab e‑procurement (E‑PADS).

Purpose: Invitation for e‑tenders from firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 in relevant categories to carry out listed repair, renovation and construction works for Auqaf properties. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with PPRA Procurement Rules, 2014 and relevant regulations.

Key Instructions:

- Bids must be accompanied by earnest money / bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (refundable) in the shape of 1 Link/Online Bank Transfer through PSID; a scanned copy of the paid slip must be submitted with bidding documents.

- Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the E‑PADS website and can be downloaded before the closing date and time.

- Interested bidders must submit bids / proposals online through E‑PADS at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bids will be received only from firms registered with PPRA for E‑Procurement on E‑PADS using the email addresses provided to PPRA at registration.

- Last date/time for submission: On or before 01:00 PM on 2026-09-21. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM by the procurement committee constituted for E‑PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject offers prior to acceptance on the basis of valid reasons in accordance with (Clause-35) PPRA Rules 2014 (up to date).
