Chief Minister's Office, Punjab invites e-bids on a lot-by-lot basis from firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers (and JVs, if applicable) registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot and accompany each e-bid with the required Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. All submissions must be made online via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
