E-Prequalification Notice: 128-Slice CT, EEC & NCS/EMG Machines for Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. Invitation for sealed proposals for pre-qualification of firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities for supply/provision of whole-body Multi Slice CT Scan (128-slice) with EEC and NCS/EMG machines under the CM Stroke Program.

Procurement Method: Punjab E-Procurement System (PPRA). Interested applicants are required to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and obtain bidding documents from the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).

Pre-qualification requirements: Firms must submit company profile including technical, engineering, managerial capabilities, after-sales services, and past experience/performance along with required pre-qualification documents. A non-refundable pre-qualification fee of Rs. 30,000 must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Firms must register and download bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). The proposal without pre-qualification fee will be rejected.
