Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of Three Rawalpindi Branches

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement, 4th Floor, The Workplace, 12-E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore). CPD Reference: CPD/2026/T-138-140.

Purpose: Invitation for technical and financial bids under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputable organizations/companies for hiring contractors to carry out renovation work at specified BOP branches in Rawalpindi.

Key submission and bid details:

• Bid documents are immediately available on the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and on the PPRA website.
• Submission method: Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Submission deadline: Bids to be uploaded/submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System till 2026-09-15 at 11:00 AM.
• Bid opening: Technical bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 11:30 AM by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date/time to be announced.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bid.
