FMU Invitation for e-Bids — Renewal of Email Services (IFB FMU/IT EQUIPMENT & SERVICES/2026-2027/003)

FMU invites electronic bids (technical & financial proposals) from service providers registered with PPRA for e‑procurement on EPADS 2.0, having Income & Sales Tax registration and active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Procurement procedure: Single-Stage One Envelope under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted via e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System 2.0 (EPADS 2.0) and must include the scanned bid security upload; original bid security (Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee) must be delivered to the procuring agency before bid submission closing time.

Registration and documents: Unregistered bidders must first register on EPADS 2.0: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register. E‑bidding documents, detailed terms, conditions and specifications are available to registered bidders at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/login.

Submission instructions: All electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0. A physical copy of the original bid security in a sealed envelope must be submitted to the FMU office address given below on or before the deadline. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
