NHA Central Zone e‑Bids: Improvement & Widening of Road Sections (Phool Nagar–Manga & Manga–Ring Road) — Bids Close 2026-09-17

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Central Zone), Government of Pakistan. Invitation for e‑bids for improvement and widening of two road sections under NHA for the Financial Year 2026‑27. Registered contractors on the Active Taxpayers List (Federal Board of Revenue) with valid PEC licence for FY 2026‑27 in the required specialization codes are eligible to bid.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents and detailed procurement information will be available on the websites from 2026‑09‑07 onwards. Electronic bids must be submitted via the NHA e‑bidding portal. Technical bids must reach the address below on or before 2026‑09‑17 at 11:00 Hours; technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours.

Application / submission requirements: Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR) and hold a valid PEC licence for FY 2026‑27 with the specialization codes noted above. Follow the e‑procurement / PPRA rules and register on the PPRA/e‑procurement portal where applicable.
