NHA Invitation to e-Bids — 3 Special Maintenance Works (Steel Pedestrian Bridges) on N-5

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab‑North Region, Central Zone — General Manager (Maintenance) Punjab‑North.

Purpose: Invitation to e‑Bids for three special maintenance works on National Highway N‑5 for the supply, fabrication and installation of steel overhead pedestrian bridges with motorcycle ramps. Bids are invited from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department (on the Active Taxpayers List) and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.

Bid security: 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in the shape of Pay Order / CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund – Security/Deposit).

Submission method & registration: E‑Bids must be submitted online via the NHA e‑tendering / eProcurement system. Prospective bidders should register on the eProcurement portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual/hard‑copy bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.

Deadlines & opening: E‑Bids must reach the NHA e‑tendering system by 2026-09-16 at 12:00 hours. Technical e‑Bids will be opened the same day at 13:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives. Bidders must follow the NHA website for any schedule updates or addenda.

Notes: Bidders providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information shall be liable to disqualification and/or legal action. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
