Eligibility: Contractors/firms enlisted with or renewed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 having PEC Category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized codes CE-10 & EE-04. Contractors must produce original PEC licence/certificate showing relevant category and specialized code.
Submission & bid security: Bids to be submitted online only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security is 5% of the bid amount and must be submitted through PSID as prescribed by the e-Procurement System. No manual bids or physical financial instruments (including Call Deposit Receipt) will be accepted.
Tender documents & rules: Tender Notice/Tender Documents with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the e-Procurement System and on the PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids will be opened online at the specified time in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
