Purpose: E-Tenders are invited for multiple 2026-27 municipal schemes. Registered contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate following the listed requirements and timelines.
Key submission & eligibility requirements:
- Apply via Punjab e-Procurement Portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login.
- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and upload valid PEC license, PRA registration and NTN.
- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (physical instruments such as CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees will not be accepted).
- Rates must be submitted electronically by filling the BOQ on the website (item-wise rate) before 01:00 PM on 2026-09-24.
- All contractors will participate in the tendering process on 2026-09-24 at 02:00 PM. Successful bidder will be announced on 2026-09-24 at 02:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee via the Punjab E-Procurement System.
- Additional performance security rules apply when the tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of approved estimate/DNIT as per Finance Department notifications cited in the notice.
- The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
