Punjab Auqaf Organization E-Tenders 2026-27 — Masjid Renovation & Public Amenities (Faisalabad, Chiniot, Vehari)

Engineering Directorate, Punjab Auqaf Organization (Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, Punjab) invites e-tenders (PPRA 2014) for the 2026-27 year from firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories/codes. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure (technical & financial) will be used with Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

Bids must be accompanied by earnest money/bid security @2% of estimated cost (refundable) in the form of 1 Link/Online Bank Transfer through PSID and a scanned copy of paid PSID slip submitted with the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the E-PADS website and can be downloaded before the closing date/time.

Bids to be submitted online through E-PADS at the e-procurement portal (registered firms only). Submission deadline: on or before 01:00 PM on 2026-09-21. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day shall be deemed the last date.

Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on E-PADS will be eligible. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules (Clause-35) and applicable regulations.
