Public e-Auction: One-Year Parking Stand Lease at SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan.

Purpose: Public e-Auction for the lease of the main parking stand (Main Parking at Main Gate Entrance) for a period of one year. The successful applicant will be responsible for safe, secure and professional parking management for all types of vehicles including motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks and Mazda vehicles, and for ensuring systematic flow inside institute premises.

Reserve Price & Payment: Reserve price for the one-year lease is Rs. 1,115,000/-. Earnest money and security must be submitted as specified; acceptable instruments include Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank. Successful applicant will be required to provide the specified security within the advertised time.

Auction Procedure & Portal: The auction will be conducted via the Punjab e-Auction portal. Bidders must register and follow the e-Auction portal procedures. If a bid is received in the final minute, the auction will be automatically extended by additional five (05) minutes; repeated extensions apply until no further bids are received.
