Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital Burewala (Health & Population Welfare Department, Government of the Punjab) invites eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department for the auction/lease of parking services at THQ Hospital Burewala for FY 2026-2027. Bidders must hold a valid Category-A licence where applicable and register through Punjab E‑PROC.

Submission and bidding procedure: Open Competitive Bidding (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) as per PPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents and conditions are available on the Punjab E‑PROC portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and can also be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent on production of original CNIC and proof of registration. Bidders must register on the Punjab E‑PROC portal to participate.

Financial requirements and conditions: The successful bidder must deposit 34% of the annual bid amount within five days of the auction. Required CDR/Pay order/Demand Draft and other specified documents must be submitted as per bidding documents. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the security.
