Public Sector Auction of Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Bids Close 2026-10-07

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids to dispose of scrap materials on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" located near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang–Attock Road). Sealed bids must be submitted to the Convener Auction Committee office at Jabbi Stop as detailed below.

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap/stores and report at the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang–Attock Road) at 1000 hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Bid submission: Sealed bids along with a pay order / demand draft for earnest money (25% of the bid amount) must be deposited by 1100 hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at the Convener Auction Committee office, Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road.

Key terms: Bids will be opened after submission; bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Only "Complete Lot" bids will be accepted; partial bids or bids with insufficient earnest money are liable to be cancelled. Earnest money will be refundable to unsuccessful bidders after finalization. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount and applicable government taxes before lifting the scrap.

Successful bidders must lift allotted scrap/items within 30 days after approval of the bid; if not lifted within 30 days, the 25% amount deposited as earnest money may be forfeited and the bid cancelled. All participants must bring original/valid CNIC along with two photocopies; entries without valid CNIC will not be allowed.
