Procurement Notice — AGPR Pre-qualification for Repair & Maintenance of Office Machinery & Hardware (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR), Assistant Accountant General, G-8/4 Islamabad.

Purpose: Pre-qualification and procurement of non-consultancy services for repair and maintenance of office machinery, equipment and hardware under reference “P97561” for FY 2026-27.

Eligibility & method: Open competitive single-stage-one-envelope procurement (Quality & Cost Based Selection where applicable). Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of Non-Consultancy Services and comply with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and Authority regulations.

Key requirements: All bids must include a Bid Security as described in the bidding document (Call at Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration in the prescribed format). Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be prepared and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Deadline for submission is 2026-09-15 by 11:00 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ (registration tutorial available online).

Grievance: As per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified; procurement notice and related documents are available on EPADS v2.0 and the Authority website (www.ppra.org.pk).
