The Bank of Punjab Tender: Contractors for Renovation of BOP Branches in Rawalpindi (Chak Beli Khan, Gulzar-e-Quaid, Faisal Hills)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). Purpose: Hiring reputable contractors/organizations for renovation work at three BOP branches in Rawalpindi under a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding process. Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

How to apply / submit bids:

- Bid documents/download: Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website. BOP notice also available at www.bop.com.pk.

- Submission: Bids must be uploaded/submitted only through the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

- Deadline for submission: 2026-09-15 by 11:00 AM Pakistan time. Technical bids will be opened by a committee on the same day (2026-09-15) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a subsequently announced date/time.

Eligibility & requirements:

- Well‑reputed organizations/companies for renovation works. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bid. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Bid security & payment:

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost. To be paid/submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

Additional notes:

- The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. This tender notice is uploaded on PPRA, BOP and Punjab e‑Procurement websites. Customers can file complaints via SBP’s 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
