Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways.
Purpose: Invitation of sealed bids for lease (long-term) of Modern Retail Complex (fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging station, international/national food chain outlets, convenience stores, mart & pharmacy, etc.). Lease term: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual rent escalation: 8% compounding. Mobilization: 12 months from date of possession.
Important dates and submission details:
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom option available). Submission of bids: On or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM. Technical bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM.
Bid documents will be available on the PPRA and REDAMCO websites after publication. Bid security must be submitted separately for each site in the form of Bank Draft/CDR/Pay Order in favor of "Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd". Commitment fee is non-refundable and bidders must submit offers against the Commitment Fee and Annual Rent for each site separately.
