FMU Invitation for E-Bids: Renewal of Email Services (Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online)

FMU invites electronic bids (technical and financial) from service providers registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS 2.0, having Income/ Sales Tax registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Bidding will be conducted under the Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure (Rule 36(a), Public Procurement Rules 2004). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee payable to "Financial Monitoring Unit, Government of Pakistan." A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded to EPADS 2.0 and the original Bid Security must be delivered to the procuring agency before the bid submission closing time, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Manual bid submissions are not accepted. Electronic bids will be publicly opened via EPADS 2.0 on the dates/times shown below at the FMU office address.
