NAVTTC Expression of Interest (Pre-Qualification 2026) for Training Service Providers

Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically competent and financially sound public and private technical & vocational training institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and other entities to deliver specialized training programs under multiple priority sectors. Selected programs will be offered under the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSDP) and should lead to internationally recognized certifications.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of training service providers to deliver free training programs across priority sectors.

Sectors (apply for one sector only; if applying for more than one, relevant infrastructure for each sector is required):

Eligibility & Important Notes:

• Only technically competent and financially sound public and private training institutes, universities, SMEs and entities may apply.
• No joint ventures (JVs) are allowed.
• Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
• Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.
• Applying institute must have infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC's notified qualifications; required documents must be uploaded on NAVTTC website.
• Provision of biometric machines & CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
• NAVTTC may involve internal/third-party resources in the pre-qualification process.
