Tender: Procurement of Waterproof Fish Seed Holdings/Nurseries — Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad

Issuer: Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad. Project: ADP #1300 “Development of Genetically Improved Fish Brood Stock for Aquaculture.” Sealed bids are invited for the fiscal year 2026-27 under e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Key conditions:

- Bidding documents are available from the Directorate on submission of a written application and a non-refundable document fee in the shape of Call Deposit / Pay Order in the name of Director General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad.

- Firms/companies/suppliers/sole distributors must have valid registration with Income Tax and General Sales Tax (FBR).

- A bid security of 5% of the offered price in the shape of Demand Draft / Call Deposit / Pay Order in favor of Director General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad is required.

- Single stage, one-envelope procedure: bidders must submit one envelope containing both TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSALS.

- Rates must be quoted inclusive of all government taxes where applicable. Taxes/liabilities will be deducted as per government policy. Bids must be in Pakistani Rupees. Blacklisted firms/defaulter companies/suppliers/distributors are not eligible to participate.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal as per SPPRA rules 2010. Supply orders will be released subject to availability of funds from the Finance Department and supply must be completed within the time mentioned in the supply order.
