NAVTTC Expression of Interest (EOI) for Pre-Qualification 2026 — Training Service Providers

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically and financially competent public and private training service providers to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYSDP). Eligible institutes will deliver nationally and internationally recognized certifications across multiple priority sectors.

Eligible organisations include NAVTTC-registered Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and other entities with required infrastructure and financial soundness. Institutes must meet NAVTTC’s notified qualification infrastructure requirements (as uploaded on NAVTTC website). Each institute may apply for only one sector unless it demonstrably has the infrastructure for additional sectors. No joint ventures (JVs) will be allowed.

Key requirements and notes:

- Institutes must be NAVTTC-registered; affiliation/accreditation with international bodies is preferred.

- Required infrastructure and facilities must comply with NAVTTC’s notified qualifications (details available on NAVTTC website).

- Provision of biometric attendance machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
