Registered constructors only. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Valid PEC registration in the category relevant to the value of the works is required.

Procurement and submission:

• Bidding documents (single-stage, one-envelope) are available on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk) and also published on NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) websites.
• E-bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-09-15 by 14:00 hours. Hard copies will not be accepted.
• E-bids will be opened through EPADS the same day at 14:30 hours.
• Original bid security must be submitted to the Employer at the address below on or before the submission deadline; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid.
• NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA.
