Issuer: Town Municipal Commissioner, Town Municipal Corporation‑I, Makki Shah, Sukkur. Open public auction for the collection of municipal taxes and fees for the financial year 2026–2027. Submission & eligibility requirements:

• Deposit equal to 10% of official bid as call deposit / pay order (original) in favour of Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah.
• Attach copy of CNIC, active FBR certificate, bank certificate confirming maintenance of sound account and an affidavit on original e‑stamp paper (Rs. 500) declaring that the bidder or company is not a defaulter and not blacklisted by any council, institution, government department or agency.
• Successful bidder must pay the balance of the bid (difference) immediately on fall of the hammer (same day); failure will result in forfeiture of security and re‑auction of the license.
• Successful bidder is liable for Income Tax, Stamp Duty and other applicable taxes/dues as per rules.
• Defaulters/blacklisted contractors, firms, suppliers or agencies are not eligible to participate.
