Public Notice — Re‑Verification of Record of Rights for Deh Pako Pandhi, Tapo Pandhi (Taluka Ghotki, District Ghotki)

Issuer: Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Ghotki, District Ghotki (under Board of Revenue, Sindh).

Purpose: Final verification and re‑verification of the Record of Rights (land records) in Deh Pako Pandhi, Tapo Pandhi under provisions of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The process follows directives of the Board of Revenue, Sindh (Full Board meeting dated 2025-02-28) and a special re‑verification and confirmation exercise ordered under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.

Action required: Any person aggrieved by or having objections to the entries, survey numbers, ownership or shares published for Deh Pako Pandhi, Tapo Pandhi must file an objection/representation within fifteen (15) days with the Mukhtiarkar Office / Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Ghotki. Objections should state the ground of dispute and reference the relevant survey number or entry.

Identity verification: Right‑holders recorded in the computerized record must ensure their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) details are correct. Holders whose CNIC is missing or incorrect are requested to obtain/produce the correct CNIC so their identity can be accurately entered into the new computerized register.

Records published: The notice publishes the list of landholders, survey numbers, shares and area entries for Deh Pako Pandhi, Tapo Pandhi. These published entries will be treated as the basis for updating the computerized Record of Rights unless successfully challenged within the specified period.
