NAVTTC Expression of Interest (Pre-Qualification 2026) – Training Service Providers for Multiple Priority Sectors

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically and financially sound public and private technical & vocational training institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and other entities to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP). Eligible institutes must be able to deliver training that leads to internationally recognized certifications.

Important notes & eligibility:

• Eligible partners: technically competent and financially sound public/private TVET institutes, universities, SMEs and entities.
• No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
• Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained. Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.
• Each institute may apply for only one sector. If applying for more than one sector, institute must have required infrastructure for each sector.
• Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
