Issuer: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited. Notice of withdrawal of candidatures and declaration of deemed election of directors pursuant to Companies Act provisions. The Company reports that two candidates who had filed notices of intention to offer for election have withdrawn, reducing the number of candidates to equal the number of director seats fixed by the Board (seven). As a result, seven candidates are deemed to have been elected as directors for a three-year term.
