Issuer: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited. Purpose: Notice of withdrawal of notices of intention to offer for election as Directors and declaration of seven candidates as duly elected to the Board for a three-year term.
Two candidates withdrew their previously filed notices under Section 159(3) of the Companies Act, 2017, reducing the number of remaining candidates to equal the number of board seats fixed (seven). Accordingly, the following seven candidates shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 2026-09-22 for a term of three (03) years. No contested election through voting will be required.
