Punjab Education Foundation Tender: Procurement of Gymnasium Equipment for PEF Head Office (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). Invitation to bid (ITB No. PEF/PROC/ADMIN/2026-27/07) for the procurement of gymnasium equipment for the PEF Head Office Building for FY 2026-2027. Bids are invited on a lump-sum basis from firms/companies/sole proprietors/registered suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant tax and registration authorities.

How to obtain and submit bids:

- Bidding documents will be available immediately on the Punjab eProcurement System (eP), PPRA and PEF websites after publication.

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab eProcurement System (eP). Scanned copies of bid security will also be uploaded on the eP system as required.

Key deadlines and procedures:

- Last date & time for online submission: 2026-10-05 by 11:00 a.m. (Late submissions will not be accepted.)

- Bid opening: 2026-10-05 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of Punjab Education Foundation, 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore. Bidders or their representatives may attend.

- Bid validity: Minimum 120 days from the last date for submission.

Eligibility & conditions:

- Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax where applicable).

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price (Rs. 203,970) must be provided as prescribed in the eProcurement system.

- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
